How can I use my credit card?
For all credit card payments, please print out this page, and fax to +1-269-471-3771. This is a secure faxline, and you will receive an invoice via your email account within 48-72 hours.
Please remember: Once you have ordered product and you go to the checkout, you will be asked for your payment option. Please highlight 'pay by check' and fax your credit card details to us for prompt processing and shipping.
